• Ensure walkways are free of clutter and debris.

• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues such as outlets not working and circuit breaker tripping.

• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance and repair work.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem‑solve independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
