As a Field Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair radio communication systems, video surveillance equipment, and door access control technologies that keep organizations connected and protected.

• Install and configure communication, video security, and access control systems
• Perform system maintenance, inspections, and updates to ensure peak performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Provide professional service and support to customers
• Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and deliver reliable solutions

• Interest or experience in technology, electronics, or telecommunications
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and understand AC/DC systems
• Strong computer and networking skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Commitment to learning and continuous improvement
• Willingness to earn MECP Basic Certification within 90 days of employment
