** Job Summary*
* We are seeking a  
** Field Service Technician
** to install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites. This position involves diagnosing technical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring efficient equipment operation. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a customer-facing role, routinely traveling to client locations and effectively addressing machinery-related concerns.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Install, inspect, and service equipment at customer sites

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues

+ Provide technical support and training to customers

+ Document service work and maintenance activities

+ Order and replace parts as needed

** Qualifications*
* + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings

+ Technical certification or associate degree highly preferred

+ Experience in the packaging industry preferred

+ SAP experience is a plus

+ Ability to succeed in a customer-facing environment while traveling

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
