Experienced Installer - HVAC
$30.00 - $40.00/hr Based On Experience | Company Vehicle | 100% Paid Medical

- Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps) to company standards
- Fabricate and install ductwork and sheet metal components
- Ensure proper system setup, airflow, and overall performance
- Follow installation specs, safety standards, and local codes
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Train and support junior installers as needed
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (including ductwork/sheet metal)
- Strong knowledge of residential/light commercial systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, refrigerant)
- Familiarity with low voltage wiring and installation codes
- Ability to lead, train, or mentor others on job sites
- Strong safety awareness with tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to invest in and maintain personal tools
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, etc.)
