What You Will Do
  • Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps) to company standards
  • Fabricate and install ductwork and sheet metal components
  • Ensure proper system setup, airflow, and overall performance
  • Follow installation specs, safety standards, and local codes
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Train and support junior installers as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (including ductwork/sheet metal)
  • Strong knowledge of residential/light commercial systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, refrigerant)
  • Familiarity with low voltage wiring and installation codes
  • Ability to lead, train, or mentor others on job sites
  • Strong safety awareness with tools and equipment
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to invest in and maintain personal tools
  • Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, etc.)
