Electrical Mechanical Technician
Location Green Bay, Wisconsin Company Georgia-Pacific Career Field Maintenance & Skilled Trades
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, starters, and drives
Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and hydraulic systems
Utilize Programable Logic Controllers (PLC) and schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues
Perform precision maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
Act as the primary maintenance technician on shift, supporting operations and taking ownership of equipment performance
Follow all safety and environmental procedures while contributing to plant safety initiatives
Two (2)+ years of industrial electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience, OR completion of a technical degree or certification in electromechanical maintenance
Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits, PLCs, variable frequency drives, or servo drive controls
Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or paper industry environment
Welding, machining, or rigging experience or certification
Working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
