Job Title: Lead HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

Pay: $39.00 - $45.00/hour ($81,000 - $93,600/year Base + Overtime)

Location: Greater Green Bay & Fox Valley Area (Take-home truck provided - dispatch from home)

They handle steady commercial service, light commercial retrofits, and are kicking off major commercial and multi-family project builds this fall. They need a dependable, senior-level tech who can work independently without seasonal slowdowns.

What you need to bring:

• 4+ years of diagnostic commercial HVAC experience (RTUs, Split Systems, & light commercial sets).
• EPA Universal/Type II certification & a valid driver's license (
  Clean motor vehicle record required for company vehicle insurance
  ).
• The ability to run calls independently and communicate professionally with commercial clients.
