A well-established HVAC contractor is hiring a Lead HVACInstaller to manage and perform high-quality system installations while leadingfield crews.
This role involves overseeing residential and commercialinstallation projects, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, andboilers. Responsibilities include coordinating jobsite workflow, ensuring workmeets codes and specifications, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety and professionalism. The position also includes training and mentoring junior team members and communicating with project managers, service teams, and customers.
Candidates should have at least five years of installationexperience and prior leadership experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems,sheet metal work, airflow principles, and the ability to read technical documents is important. A valid driver’s license is required, and EPA certification is preferred.
