Construction Manager/ Foreman
Wenger Construction is looking for a skilled and motivated Siding Foreman to lead an installation crew for our Siding division in Northern Wisconsin. You ll operate as the on-site leader – coordinating crew schedules, reading blueprints, and communicating with the Project Manager to keep jobs on track. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of a job site and enjoys developing the skills of those around them.

What You ll Do
- Lead daily installation work for a siding crew on commercial job sites
- Assign tasks, oversee workflow, and ensure crew productivity
- Install and inspect James Hardie (panel and lap siding), Nichiha, metal siding (single skin), composite wall panels (ACM), and Longboard/Knotwood systems
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Train, mentor, and support the development of installers on the crew
- Maintain a clean and organized job site while enforcing safety protocols
- Communicate job progress, material needs, and issues to the Project Manager
What You Need
Required:
- 4+ years of siding installation experience
- Valid driver s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and work at heights regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Desired:
- Prior crew lead or foreman experience
- Experience with James Hardie, Nichiha, metal siding, ACM, and Longboard/Knotwood systems
- Blueprint reading and technical specification experience
- Experience training or mentoring installers
