Construction Laborer

The job of a Construction Laborer is to assist and work closely with the foreman of the cleaning or televising crew. The Construction Laborer is expected to complete a variety of different tasks; they may vary on a day‑to‑day basis. To succeed in this role, you should be a fast learner, have good listening skills, have the ability to read maps and work well in a fast‑paced environment.

• Haul water with pick‑up truck and trailer
• Help set up and take down at manholes
• Set up work zone traffic control
• Keep company vehicles organized and stocked for the job
• Fill our pre‑trip inspection form daily and turn in
• Understands materials and equipment used in the industry
• Operates and drives company vehicle to and from project sites
• Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of duties in this job classification

• Class B CDL with tanker is preferred, but not required. Company assistance to obtain CDL is offered
• Construction background preferred, but not required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to read & understand maps
• Willing to travel out of town & overnight throughout the year
• Organization, multitasking, and time management
