Position: Maintenance Technician - Bay City Lofts & Printery Row

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Green Bay & Pulaski, WI!

Are you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys keeping properties running smoothly and residents feeling at home? We’re looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to support two of our affordable housing communities, Printery Row (43-units) in Pulaski, and Bay City Lofts (48-units) in Green Bay. If you’re dependable, hands-on, and take pride in maintaining safe, well-kept communities, we’d love to have you join our team.

What

You'll Be Doing:
  • Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.
  • Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
  • Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
  • Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
  • Communicate with vendors and contractors.
What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
  • Ability to be the primary on-call technician.
  • Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
