You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, handle make-ready cleanups, and conduct daily property checks to maintain safety and curb appeal.
The role requires 2+ years in property maintenance, a valid drivers license, and a resident-first service approach. HVAC EPA Type II is preferred.
