• Masters or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Current state licensure or eligibility for certification as a school psychologist
• Experience delivering psycho educational assessments, creating individualized education plans (IEPs), and offering consultation in a school setting
• Proven skills in report writing, effective communication, and collaboration with staff and families
• Understanding of MTSS/RTI frameworks and behavioral intervention strategies
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students
• Provide direct and consultative services to support students mental health and behavioral needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, interpret assessment results, and guide data-driven interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor effective student support plans
• Offer crisis intervention and support as necessary
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all ethical and legal standards in practice
