Human Services Intern
This part-time (16–19-hour per week) position will work under the supervision of a social worker, the Human Services Intern will learn, observe, and participate in providing core services to clients of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay. Interns will receive hand-on experience in the human services field, that is mission focused and positively impacts the community. Interns will also have the opportunity to participate and be active within a team setting.

- Current enrollment in a college working towards a degree in social work, human services, or related field.
- General knowledge of appropriate, professional boundaries and ethics is expected.
- Strong oral, electronic and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with and/or willingness to learn computer software and online applications.
- Willingness to learn, share ideas, and contribute.
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate conflicts with co-workers or supervisors in a professional manner.
- Strong desire to learn and work independently as well as be part of a team.
- Handle multiple tasks in a timely manner according to established goals, objectives, and/or strategies.
- Act professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Flexible to change.
