Winnebago County is seeking a Youth Care Advocate Specialist for the 2nd shift at the Shelter Care facility. The role provides direct care to residents, ensures safety, and supports daily routines from 1:30pm to 9:30pm.
You will lead Shelter Care Specialists, complete required paperwork, and coordinate programming and transportation. A high school diploma with an associates or 2 years post-high school education is required; leadership experience preferred.
