Schneider is seeking a Truck Dispatcher in Green Bay to be responsible for matching available drivers and equipment to customer loads in a specific geographical region. The Truck Dispatcher will handle all aspects of equipment and driver utilization and work closely with teams in operations and customer service to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Execute the market plan by managing freight priority, driver schedules and equipment assignments to maximize profitability.
- Help improve key metrics like unused hours and unbilled miles.
- Serve as an expert in dispatching tools and planning dashboards.
- Stay informed about market conditions and customer base to maximize driver utilization and address trailer challenges.
- Resolve trailer availability issues, such as location or status discrepancies.
- Collaborate with customer service and operations to resolve equipment and driver utilization issues.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Able to work with a variety of teams.

- Non-exempt U.S. office associates working a minimum of 4 continuous hours between the hours of 4pm – 5am local time, receive a $1.25 per hour differential for hours worked or $2.00 per hour for weekend hours (Weekend hours worked between 9pm Friday – 5am Monday).
