Rail Pros seeks a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to perform on-site roadway worker protection for activities on and around live railroad tracks. You will coordinate jobs, communicate with dispatchers, and ensure on-track safety in controlled and non-controlled areas.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of Class I railroad MOW experience, with strong radio communication skills and safety awareness. Extensive travel across several states is expected.
