Shift: 1st (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Friday, 10 hours)

Verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments, unloads and lays down of materials, inventory management, support of all receiving functions.

• Drive rough terrain forklift to unload and move materials
• Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measure items from incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading invoices, orders, or other records.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Properly routes items to appropriate department or yard location.
• Read and understand certified metal technical records (CMTR's) and input them into file system
• Communicate with vendors to acquire missing paperwork
• Input receipts on computer
• Order shop supplies and maintain consumable crib
• Back up Receiving department supervisor duties for vacation/illness

• Computer proficiency in a variety of computer programs, keyboarding skills.
• Experience with rough terrain forklifts

• Ability to use Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience working with Infor CSI Software
