Warehouse Coordinator

KI, a world‑class supplier of innovative and award‑winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full‑time Warehouse Coordinator to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on the 1st shift. A $1.00 per hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.
Job Duties- Conduct daily huddles with warehouse team members
- Make suggestions for cell staffing needs
- Support training of technicians
- Identify contents of unmarked packages and deliver them to the appropriate owner
- Load and unload trucks and containers and operate forklift
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
- Team player
- Computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to train on any shift
- Working in areas where it can get warm
- Working in a smoke‑free environment
- Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6 am–2 pm
