Now hiring a Shipping and Receiving Assistant for a well-established machinery distributor! This full-time, first-shift opportunity offers  20/hour, excellent benefits, and advancement opportunities. This position is ideal for candidates with shipping, receiving, forklift, inventory, or warehouse experience who are looking for a long-term home with a stable company.

• Full-time, 1st shift. 7:15am-3:45pm Monday-Friday
• Pay:  20 per hour

This position involves a mix of computer work as well as hands-on warehouse duties. You will be responsible for assisting with loading and unloading trucks, tracking and storing inventory, packaging orders, and keeping our client's inventory system up to date with accurate information. You will be using forklift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment to move products.

• Move materials and products between trucks, receiving, inventory, and shipping departments
• Package parts and prepare outgoing shipments, including loading them onto the truck
• Enter and update information in SAP inventory system on the computer
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

• 2+ years of previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience required
• Forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs regularly
