Group Coordinator/Lead Trainer (Plant)

Position:
Group Coordinator/Lead Trainer (Plant). Shift types include AM and PM Plant shifts of 6:00 am–6:30 pm, with day shift rotating on a 3‑2‑2 schedule.

Starting Pay: $25.25 per hour.

Shift differentials: PM Shift differential of $2.00/hour Monday–Thursday nights, $3.00/hour Friday–Sunday nights; AM Shift Weekend differential of $1.00/hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts worked.

Responsibilities include Order Fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer with cross‑trained skills across multiple departments.

Leads training and evaluation of associates on Man‑Handled Equipment (MHE) and classroom instructions.

• Support and lead the trainers at the site.
• Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
• Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
• Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
• Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
• Support operations as needed by leadership.

• Order Fulfillment as an order picker, cross‑trained skills across departments and equipment types.
• Ability to cross train skills across multiple functions with an emphasis on safety and quality.

• 1+ year training experience in a warehouse setting.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
