Picker​/Packer

MCC seeks a Picker / Packer to support its global Christian relief, development, and peace mission by preparing goods for shipment. This on-site role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials for domestic and international programs. The Picker / Packer maintains organized inventory, follows safety and quality standards, and uses basic tracking systems. Working closely with staff and volunteers in a collaborative, faith-driven environment, this position helps ensure resources are handled with care, stewardship, and respect for the communities MCC serves worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for MCC relief, development, and peace building programs
• Inspect, sort, and prepare donated and purchased goods for shipment
• Maintain organized warehouse shelves, inventory locations, and packing stations
• Follow quality, safety, and stewardship standards to protect goods and reduce waste
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for domestic and international shipments
• Use basic inventory and tracking systems to record orders and stock levels
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers in a cross-cultural, faith-informed team setting
• Support MCC's mission by handling items with care and respecting donor and recipient communities
