Warehouse Team Member

Green Bay Packaging seeks a Warehouse Team Member for 3rd shift in our manufacturing facility. This role handles inbound and outbound materials, safely operates forklifts and pallet jacks, loads and unloads trailers, and stages product to support production. Responsibilities include accurate inventory movements, basic data entry, labeling, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. You'll collaborate closely with production and shipping teams to meet schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, and unload inbound and outbound trailers and trucks
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Stage raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules
• Perform inventory moves, counts, and basic data entry in warehouse systems
• Verify orders, labels, and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5
• S standards
• Communicate with production and shipping teams to meet deadlines
