Under limited supervision, this role is primarily responsible for prioritizing and coordinating necessary warehouse activities to ensure product receipts and shipments are processed accurately and in a timely fashion. This individual would act as a key liaison between operations the third-party warehouse that manages our inventories, and therefore will spend a majority of their time on-site at the warehouse.

• 1. Identify relabel requirements, print labels for use, and execute with 3PL personnel.
• 2. Work with internal departments to troubleshoot issues and manage expedites.
• 3. Enter shipment-related documents into 3PL’s software program.
• 4. Update SAP with inter-site adjustments or movements.
• 5. Order and maintain shipping supplies located at 3PL.
• 6. Advise 3PL warehouse staff on prioritized workload.
• 7. Assist Supervisor with close-of-day attainment reporting for shipments.
• 8. Inventory reconciliation between a 3PL systems, providing root cause analysis.
• 9. Investigate with 3PL to close customer complaints, while providing root cause analysis.
• 10. Execute frequent pre-shipment checks of staged product, ensuring adherence to company’s packaging standards.
• 11. Review request log for Samples Lab and coordinate product transfer between sites.
• 12. Manage any additional tasks as assigned.

• 1. Ability to read, write and speak English.
• 2. Must have experience with Excel, using and maintaining spreadsheet data.
• 3. Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• 4. Must be able to multi-task in a high paced, high intensity environment.
• 5. Possess ability to adapt in different circumstances and communicate changes accordingly.
• 6. Prefer a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP.
• 7. These characteristics are normally acquired through a High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of three years related experience in Shipping/Receiving/WHSE or Inventory Control.

Working environment is generally favorable and split between office and warehouse settings. Lighting, temperature and noise levels are adequate in company's setting, but may require additional accommodations when working in the warehouse. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, use hands to finger, handle or touch objects, keyboard and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
