Overview
Paving Crew Foreman - supervise and coordinate daily activities of paving crew and will engage in the trade work of the employees being supervised. General Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of a small group of construction workers.
Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of a small group of construction workers.
- Measure out a given area and determine proper asphalt tonnage.
- Communicate with the plant throughout the day to ensure proper material delivery.
- Know how to physically perform every position on a paving crew.
- Work approximately 50 hours per week.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Effectively manage a group of 8 workers.
