This position includes a $6,000 supplement if you hold a valid State License as a Clinical Social Worker.
Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Social Work and currently possess a valid Florida License as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, or currently possess or eligibility to receive a valid Florida Educator’s Certificate showing certification in school social worker.
All prospective employees must submit to a Level 2 background check pursuant to Florida State Statute 435.04 and be found eligible by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. The background check will include fingerprinting for statewide criminal history records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, national criminal history records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation, local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies, and a search of the sexual predator and sexual offender registries of any state in which the prospective employee resided during the immediate preceding 5 years.
