Domino’s Pizza is looking for highly motivated customer service representatives to work under our fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, quick math ability, and the flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with orders and inquiries.
- Make correct monetary change and handle cash accurately.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands for accurate, rapid movements.
- Ability to enter orders quickly on a computer or touch screen.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and bend as required by job duties.
- Comfortable working in temperatures between 36°F and 90°F+; able to work in adverse weather when outside.
- Work outside may involve varying and sometimes adverse weather.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.
- Exposure to food odors, corn‑meal dust, fumes, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
- Ability to see, hear, and use hands in tasks requiring near‑ and mid‑range vision and hearing.
- Standing most of the time with occasional walking on tile or linoleum surfaces.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying large cans and pizza dough trays.
- Pushing or pulling trays on dollies (up to 24–30 inches wide).
- Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
- Forward bending for 30–45 seconds continuously at the pizza assembly station.
- Reaching above 72 inches for oven controls or changing prices on signs.
- Eye‑hand coordination and repetitive hand use for rolling dough and handling pizza components.
