Multi-Site Leader
.

The Green River, WY Trona based Soda Ash plant employs 460 people. Our focus is the safe, reliable and efficient operations of this large-scale facility that includes underground mining and surface refining operations.

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for safe, reliable, and compliant operations across the full value chain, including underground mining, surface refining, maintenance, engineering, logistics, environmental performance, and quality assurance.
• Develop and execute the site’s strategic direction and long-range business plan to deliver annual and multi-year performance targets in safety, production volume, product quality, cost, and asset productivity.
• Lead major transformation initiatives—including safety culture advancement, manufacturing excellence, and process control excellence—to continuously improve operational capability, reliability, and competitiveness of the Green River operation.
• Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performing leadership team, with strong focus on succession development, capability building, world-class training programs, and workforce engagement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, continuous learning, and operational discipline across the organization.
• Shape and sustain a positive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture that reinforces trust, open communication, employee involvement, and alignment around shared goals.

• University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or similar
• 10-15 years relevant work experience in chemical plant management or similar industries
• 10 years in progressive leadership roles in manufacturing environment

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Good knowledge of production processes and safety compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Team-oriented and proactive.
• Analytical thinker with high attention to detail.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments and challenges.
