Production Assistant

Our client, an industrial operation in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team. As a Production Assistant, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Green River, WY

Pay Range: $16/hour

What's the Job?

• Operate production equipment to meet production and shipping needs.
• Monitor gauges, meters, and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Adjust controls as needed to maintain optimal production conditions.
• Inspect equipment for malfunctions and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs as directed.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures, operating instructions, and work orders.
• Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
