BPS Quality Production Engineer

We are seeking a BPS Quality Production Engineer to support manufacturing excellence by improving product quality, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production standards are met, quality systems are maintained, and operational performance continues to improve through data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

• Monitor and improve product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable industry regulations.
• Conduct quality audits and support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and reduced waste.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standardized work instructions.

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality and process-related issues.
• Provide technical support during production and assist in troubleshooting manufacturing challenges.
• Monitor key production metrics and recommend improvements.

• Collect and analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports on quality performance, process capability, and operational metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Partner with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
• Participate in root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Support training initiatives to improve quality awareness and operational performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with root cause analysis, problem-solving tools, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification

• Salary Range:
  Up to $200,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
