Right at Home is seeking a Client Experience Team Leader to own our client and family relationships and to lead the three-person administrative team (Scheduling Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Office Coordinator) while directly managing a team of caregivers who serve them.
You will grow revenue hours by anticipating needs, ensuring proper client-caregiver matching and scheduling with no gaps, and fostering extraordinary ongoing care through proactive planning and follow-through.
