We are seeking an Engineer to support testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities for large-scale mining and heavy equipment systems. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on engineering work, solving technical problems, and working directly with complex mechanical, electrical, and software-controlled equipment.

This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace Engineering Technology, Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Technical Operations, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, and other related engineering disciplines.

• Plan and execute machine‑level testing and validation activities.
• Verify the performance, functionality, safety, and reliability of equipment systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software‑related issues.
• Collect and document test data and engineering findings.
• Support new product development and product improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, mechanics, and equipment operators.
• Assist in identifying root causes and implementing solutions for technical issues.
• Follow established safety procedures and promote continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 1‑2 years of experience or relevant internship experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Approximately 80% hands‑on work in the shop and field.
• Approximately 20% office‑based documentation and planning.
• Work directly with large machines and advanced equipment systems.
• PPE required (safety boots, safety glasses, and other equipment as needed).

• Local candidates in or near Green Valley, AZ are strongly preferred.
• No travel required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working around large industrial equipment in indoor and outdoor environments.
