La Posada is looking for a full-time, night‑shift Assistant Caregiver to join our dynamic team.

- Carry out duties as requested by certified caregivers, nursing staff, and/or supervisors.
- Transport/Accompany residents to recreational and/or social events.
- Assist with writing letters/correspondence.
- Organize and read mail.
- Perform light housekeeping such as bed making, laundry, and taking out trash.
- Monitor supplies.
- Observe the client’s functioning and report changes to caregiver/supervisor as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
- Communicate well with residents and co‑workers.
- Attend orientation, in‑service training sessions and staff meetings.
- Participate in additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor, aligned with qualifications and can be reasonably expected to be completed with minimal orientation.

Valid Driver’s License. Current CPR and First Aid cards, Fingerprint Clearance Card, Current Tuberculosis (TB) Test. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification requirement may vary by department.
Physical and Mental Demands- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear and see.
