Your day starts at 7:30am with a quick review of your inbox for any developing news or unplanned closure announcements. You check the member hotline emails, dropping club activity announcements into Click Up and answering simple customer service questions. You route complex complaints and concerns to the Communications Manager for review.. A colleague stops by to ask about some signs they’d like to put up next week.
You have a deadline today: your proofing edits for the next recreation catalog are due by 1pm, so you make an arrangement to discuss the signs later.
