$75,000–$100,000 Salary + $5,000 Signing Bonus

The RoleAs a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will perform residential HVAC installations while ensuring systems are installed safely, correctly, and to company standards. This role focuses on craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing- Performing residential HVAC system installations
- Installing a variety of HVAC system types and configurations
- Ensuring installations meet company quality and safety standards
- Communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Representing Green Valley Cooling & Heating in a professional manner
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong communication skills
- EPA Type II certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- NATE certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Must own HVAC installation tools
- Ability to safely operate power and hand tools
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift at least 75 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to operate service vehicles
- Monday through Friday
- Saturday availability as needed
