Location: Green, OH
Integrated Wealth Management in Green, OH is seeking a proactive Client Engagement Lead to serve as the friendly first point of contact for our clients. You’ll enhance our brand image through strategic marketing across digital and traditional channels, boost our social media presence, and develop creative ways to engage clients, including planning webinars, live and virtual events. Key responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, managing appointments, diligently following up on leads, and maintaining organized CRM data.
You’ll also independently coordinate multiple monthly events, handle logistics, and drive continuous improvement through post-event reviews.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the firm’s brand image, leveraging both digital and traditional channels to create memorable client experiences.
- Lead efforts to elevate the firm’s social media presence, building a vibrant and interactive client community that highlights success stories, celebrates milestones, and drives engagement.
- Continuously explore and propose new ways to engage clients digitally, including live events, virtual events and webinars that align with changing client preferences and needs.
- Proactively engage prospective clients through strategic phone outreach and personalized interactions, directly contributing to client acquisition goals and firm growth.
- Schedule and manage qualified appointments for advisors, optimizing their time and ensuring a seamless client journey from initial contact to long-term relationships.
- Follow up on leads from seminars, digital campaigns, and events with a tailored approach, ensuring every interaction builds trust and keeps the firm top-of-mind.
- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring data is organized, accessible, and supportive of strategic decision-making.
- Lead the planning and execution of 4–6 monthly events, including dinner presentations, webinars, and networking sessions, managing all aspects from logistics to client interactions to ensure each event builds relationships and drives engagement.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to secure high-quality, cost-effective services that support the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct after‑action reviews (AARs) following each event to assess successes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous growth in event strategies.
- Drive toward achieving measurable outcomes, continually optimizing processes to exceed business development targets.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years’ experience in a Marketing or Sales role.
- Proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems.
- Collaborative team player willing to assist others.
- Exceptional organizational skills, efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time‑sensitive tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Skilled in building strong, trust‑based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance.
- Embraces change and adapts quickly to evolving processes.
- Previous experience in the financial industry.
- $60,000 – $70,000 per year based on experience + bonus based on KPIs.
