Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX Green located in Heber Springs, AR, for a Full-Time Dental Lab Technician (Baseplate/Bite Rim).

The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
• Make base plates and place wax rim.
• Use rim former to melt wax to specific length and shape.
• Place bite blocks on cast partial frameworks.
• Will make custom impression trays.
• Maintain a clean work area and clean instruments on a regular basis.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

Required:

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Detail oriented

Minimum Education and Experience

Required:

• Preferred:
  High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No experience required

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

• Small machinery
• Chemicals

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time

Works well as a member of a group

Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
