Resident Assistant / STNA Caregiver
Full‑time (36 hours per week). Working days are 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. with alternate weekends and alternate holidays.

Summary of PositionAs a Resident Assistant/STNA (Caregiver), you will provide personal care and assistance to residents, as well as participate in activities and tasks delegated by the nurse.
Requirements- High school education or equivalent
- Ohio‑state tested certified nursing assistant (STNA) if hired as a STNA
- Experience in an assisted‑living facility preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds independently and over 50 pounds with assistance
- Dexterity to feed, bathe, and perform other caregiving tasks
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach at various angles
- Capable of standing, walking, and sitting intermittently throughout the day
- Adherence to infection‑control procedures
- Effective therapeutic communication skills
- Professional, empathetic communication with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Readiness to assist during emergency situations
