Assistant Bakery Team Leader

Giant Eagle -  - Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in the Bakery Department by directing and managing Team Members;
Order raw materials and supplies and implement merchandising initiatives to stimulate growth while maximizing profits;
Direct, oversee, and evaluate training provided to department team members to reduce turnover and control labor costs;
Prepare, maintain, and track inventories and work processes to calculate gross monthly profit;
Maintain presentation, prevent out-of-stocks, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies
