As an HVAC Technician in Green, Ohio and the surrounding northeast Ohio area, you will:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems
• Respond to service calls and ensure timely, professional service
• Inspect HVAC equipment for safe and efficient operation
• Communicate findings clearly with customers and provide options for repair or replacement
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company processes
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with HVAC systems, tools, and industry standards

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of HVAC service or installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and mechanical components
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in emergency or on call service as needed
• Professional appearance and commitment to safety
• Ability to pass background screening in accordance with local laws
