What You'll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our community looking its best by:
* Preparing apartments for new residents
* Interior painting, touch-ups, patching, and minor repairs
* Completing general handyman projects throughout the community
* Assisting with preventative maintenance and work orders
* Supporting the Maintenance Director with daily maintenance tasks
* Keeping tools, supplies, and maintenance areas organized
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
* Previous painting and handyman/maintenance experience
* Experience with apartment turns or residential maintenance preferred
* Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, and minor repairs
* Ability to work independently and stay organized
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
