• Manage the entire construction process from start to finish as the on-site leader.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at your assigned neighborhood, including quality control, scheduling trade partners, and keeping the site clean, safe, and working efficiently.
• Ensure trade partners and inspection partners fulfill timely completion of all scheduled tasks.
• Communicate with home buyers and homeowners, holding meetings and providing key updates.
• Order building materials, review selections for each home built, and build relationships with the sales, purchasing, and construction teams throughout the building process.
• Use technical tools such as DXC Home builder One (HB1), Microsoft Office Suite, and Sharepoint daily.

• Residential construction experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.
• Active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others.
• Customer service approach in previous work.
• Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, focused on timely completion of homes under construction.
• College degree (nice to have).
• Salary $63,000-$93,800 per year plus bonus.
