Med Star Health Home Care is seeking an experienced Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in Southern PG County, MD, across adjacent cities. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to promote healing at home.
This role requires 1-2 years RN experience (ICU/CCU/Med-Surg/Oncology/Gerontology) or home health experience, ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL, and an active DC RN license with BLS. Weekend rotation is required once per month.
