You will be the right hand of the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM), setting up the sales office for success. Your typical day includes greeting prospects at the model home, learning what is important to them in their home search, showcasing available homes, and keeping all materials organized. You will help home buyers throughout the buying process, answering questions about progress, loan information, and more.

You also work with corporate marketing to announce upcoming events, submit listings to  and the MLS, and ensure the neighborhood looks great while achieving sales goals.

This position pays $19.23/hr plus bonuses.
