Security Officer Part Time Building Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed;
Assist with maintaining an orderly commercial property environment by reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and security-related issues to site management
