Manufacturing Engineer

• Support current process technology and implement improvements to department and plant operations based on manufacturing engineering analysis
• Evaluate existing operations against future requirements for capacity, cost reduction, safety, and risk avoidance
• Help prepare project justification, recommendations, make-vs-buy analysis, layouts, cost impacts, and schedules
• Implement processes including equipment procurement, installation coordination, process capability prove-out, training, documentation, work standard measurement, and production start-up
• Contribute to the product introduction process
• Review production problems and implement solutions
• Develop, implement, and update documentation and training
• Develop reports, project briefings, and management presentations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 8-15 years related experience
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Temporary visa holders and individuals who need sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible for hire
• Must be able to drive a personal vehicle for company business less than 20% per week and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workdays
• Good communication skills among shop floor, support staff, and plant leadership
• Ability to lead and execute small teams and projects
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train others
• Technical skills and training such as CNC programming, CAD layout, geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T), process capability theory and statistical process control (SPC) may be required

Demonstrates expertise in manufacturing engineering analysis, process improvement, and project management, with a strong focus on capacity evaluation, cost reduction, and safety compliance. Proficient in technical skills such as CNC Programming, CAD Layout, and Statistical Process Control.
