Trilogy Health Services - - 1014 Mill Pond Lane - Responsibilities:
Assists AL residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.;
Monitors and documents vital signs as directed by supervising nursing staff.;
Provides companionship and emotional support to AL residents.;
Assist AL residents during mealtimes, including serving food and ensuring dietary needs are met.;
Helps with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and safety protocols.
