Position Highlights
- PRN Physical Therapist
- Flexible schedule Monday – Friday, with weekend coverage as available

- Licensed (or eligible) in Indiana
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)

- Deliver outcome‑driven physical therapy services
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Document using a web‑based EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
