The primary responsibility of this position is to support internal stakeholders in resolving technology issues, solving basic technical problems and providing support for all assigned areas. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people. The Computer Network Support Specialist will support PCs, printers, fax machines, copiers, audio-visual equipment, etc. A+ Certification or demonstrated equivalent experience preferred.

• Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
• Telecommunications — Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.
• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Engineering and Technology — Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
• English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

• High School Diploma or GED is required, associate degree in technology preferred
• A+ Certification, or demonstrated equivalent experience is preferred
• Two (2) years of experience in Information Technology.
• Excellent customer service and strong troubleshooting skills required.
• Experience working within a residential treatment facility is encouraged.
• Good understanding of networking, computer repair and virtual technologies.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
• Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls and other edge security devices
• Ability to manage an Office 365 environment
• Ability to work with both technical and nontechnical personnel to solve IT related problems.
• Knowledge of basic networking technologies like LAN, WAN and Wireless connectivity
• Knowledge of Windows 7 & Windows 10 Operating Systems required
• Competent with software technologies and virus protection software systems
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
