Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience.

Schedule: Wednesday 12:00am-06:00am, Thursday-Saturday 06:00pm-06:00am (must be flexible).

Summary

The Manager, Customer Logistics oversees the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. The role primarily focuses on leading direct reports and attaining daily operational goals within the functional area.

Essential Functions
  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management.
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling.
  • Health and safety management.
  • State, local, and federal regulations compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production - advanced required.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field required.
  • One or more years of direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) - advanced required.
  • Logistics industry knowledge - advanced required.
  • Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations - advanced required.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components - intermediate required.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production - advanced required.
Compensation Information

Pay Type: Salaried

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Eligibility for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan may apply based on level and/or role type.
