Starting Pay Rate $24.27

• Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures
• Wears assigned PPE in order to safely perform all job tasks
• Wears steel‑toed boot for the duration of work shift
• Maintains a professional and positive attitude
• Reports any and all injuries to respective supervisor(s)
• Performs general housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and safe work area
• Attends company sponsored training when necessary
• Reports to work daily and on time unless otherwise excused
• Abides by all of Westlake safety and/or quality policies and procedures
• Performs daily inspection on assigned forklift and notify appropriate personnel of all safety and maintenance issues prior to driving forklift
• Transfers material throughout facility and store new product in designated area
• Safely secures and loads flatbed and flatbed trucks as needed (where applicable)
• Keeps record of molds filled and stored in drying room (as applicable)
• Follows company safety procedures pertaining to forklift safety
• Follows all forklift safety procedures when replacing empty propane tanks on forklifts
• Wraps finished product for shipping (where applicable)
• Transfers finished goods from demolding area to finished goods area
• Retrieves pallets
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility

• Must be able to read and write in English and/or Spanish
• Ability to receive and carry out instructions given by management
• Ability to model desired behavior and conduct for all employees
• Must be safe minded and alert during times of operation
• Demonstrated traits of honesty and integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
• Must be able to perform simple mathematic functions
• Must possess the ability to obtain forklift certification and have thorough knowledge of operating policies and procedures

• High School Diploma or equivalent and training or certification in relevant skill or trade
• 1‑2 years’ experience in a relevant field

• Prolong standing or in stationary position
• Complete repetitive movements such as typing
• Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision and hardhat protection)
• Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move or traverse about the facilities
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs or ladders
• Ability to work around dust, chemicals and other substances, and in various environmental conditions

• Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa
• Utiliza el EPP asignado para realizar con seguridad todas las tareas
• Usa calzado con punta de acero durante el turno de trabajo
• Mantiene una actitud profesional y positiva
• Informa de todas y cada una de las lesiones a los respectivos supervisor es
• Realiza tareas generales de limpieza para ayudar a mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura
• Asiste a la capacitación patrocinada por la compañía cuando es necesario
• Se reporta a trabajar diariamente y a tiempo, a menos que se justifique lo contrario
• Cumple con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad y/o calidad de Westlake
• Realiza una inspección diaria en la carretilla elevadora asignada y notifica al personal apropiado sobre todos los problemas de seguridad y mantenimiento antes de conducir la carretilla elevadora
• Transfiere material a través de las instalaciones y almacena nuevos productos en el área designada
• Asegura y carga con seguridad los camiones de plataforma y camionetas según sea necesario
